  Lunch boxes Around The World.

For the past six years I have faithfully monitored what my children ate for lunch. Ben and Izzy have
only been allowed to have a school lunch one day a week and I packed  them lunch the other four days.
I have had to be very creative, after exorsting all the American lunch standards and I say this because I
was rasied in England where my favorite school dinner (LUNCH) was sausage pie  with mash and jam sponge
with custard. Pure heaven.
Peanut butter and jam, funny looking nuggets and over cooked pasta does not appeal to my little people, SO
I started thinking about other children around the world,  those children lucky enough to be given lunch.
(and lets say a prayer for the millions of starving children)

Not only do Japanese children eat a balanced lunch, but they also serve it to their peers.
Some fresh and creative ideas for the whole family.

Way to go France.

A few clips from around the world. Very interesting.

Sesame Street friends also join in on the healthy kick.
I do hope that Moms and Dads take a few moments to watch this.
Happy lunch packing this new school year, try thinking outside the BOX
get it..............  lunch box ha ha ha

Those of you who live in other parts of the world and eat differently from westerners, I would love to hear from you.
